General Products: You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it (consistent with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law).
Furniture & Bean Bags: Since our products are often made-to-order, you have 72 hours after placing your order to cancel or make changes (color, dimensions, or style) for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
The product is in its original packaging.
The product has not been used or damaged by misuse.
The original stamped invoice is attached.
Note: Furniture and custom-made items are eligible for replacement or return exclusively in the case of manufacturing defects.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us immediately at info@kazamezza.com.
Kazamezza will cover 100% of the return shipping costs for any product that has a manufacturing defect or was sent incorrectly.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of ordering furniture/bean bags receive a 100% full refund.
For cancellations after the production process has started (after 7 days), please contact our customer service to discuss the possibility of a partial refund based on the production stage.
Once we receive your item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Bank Transfer, or Wallet) within 7-10 business days.
